What is the working principle of a rubber kneader?

A rubber kneader is a pair of sigma paddles that work together and rotate to produce a strong shearing effect, thus making the semi-dry or rubber-like viscous plastic material react quickly to obtain a uniform mixing and stirring. Rubber kneader is mainly composed of five major parts, such as mixing part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, and electric control system, in addition to the internal mixer.
