1. Therefore, the flow state in the mouth and the size of the mouth structure determine the final shape and quality of rubber extruder products. The rubber material flows through the mouth under the action of the hydrostatic pressure formed by the head of the rubber extruder. Therefore, the rubber material flows through the mouth of the rubber extruder only as an axial movement. Since the thickness of the mouth is generally very thin, the pressure gradient formed by the rubber compound in the mouth is very large.

2. Compression expansion: The rubber is a viscoelastic body. When it flows through the mouth, it undergoes viscous flow and elastic deformation at the same time. When the rubber material enters the mouth from the nose of the rubber extruder, the flow channel is generally narrowed, the flow velocity increases, and a velocity gradient is formed in the flow direction. This speed causes the rubber to produce stretch and elastic deformation.
