Dosing order

Plastic refining rubber and master refining rubber should be the first to be added, so that it forms a whole, and then add other matching agents in turn. Solid softeners and small drugs in the addition of carbon black and other fillers before adding to ensure that it has sufficient mixing time. Liquid softener must be added after the addition of carbon black, so as not to make carbon black agglomerates cause dispersion difficulties; super accelerator and sulfur yellow in the next piece of machine to add after cooling, or two mixings in the rubber mixing machine, but the discharge temperature should be controlled at 100 ℃ below.

Mixing time

Mixing time depends on the performance characteristics of the rubber mixing machine, the amount of loaded rubber and rubber formula, and other factors. Mixing: the post, time growth, can improve the dispersion of the compounding agent, but too long a time is likely to cause over-refining, but also affect the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber.
