1. Calendering

2. Extrusion molding
Used for more complex rubber products. Such as tire treads, rubber tubes, and metal wire surface coatings that need to be manufactured by extrusion molding. This is a method of continuously molding a rubber compound with a certain degree of plasticity by extruding screws from various mouth shapes, also called templates, and placing them in the hopper of a rubber extruder. To make the rubber soft and easy to extrude, to get a smooth surface and a rubber product of the correct size, the rubber of the rubber extruder needs to be preheated before the extruder.
